3/4 cup Superb Blend® Ginger Pepper Jelly
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Superb Blend® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Superb Blend® Chill Powder
2 tablespoons Superb Blend® Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons Superb Blend® Paprika
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 pounds chicken wing pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt Ginger Pepper Jelly in medium sauce on HIGH for 30 seconds or until melted. Add lime juice, black pepper and chili; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup for glaze. Add garlic powder, paprika, oil and salt to the remaining mixture in the bowl. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Prick chicken wings with a fork. Add marinade in bag; turn to coat well. Massage chicken wings and marinade for 4 to 5 minutes.
Remove chicken wings from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill chicken wings over medium-high heat 15 to 18 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Add reserved ginger pepper jelly mixture; toss to coat well.
